❱ We're not new to 3d Modeling, But are new getting those 3d models into VRChat / Streaming Software. You accept that the adaptation process may take a little longer until we get the hang of it.
❱ Work will begin only after payment is made
❱ A clear means of communication about the project will be required. - Somewhere for Direct Messages that will accept links / screenshots.
❱ We will make sure you're aware of progress with WIP screenshots, but no hard deadlines. If the work takes longer to complete, it takes longer.
❱ The usage rights for the artwork are as described in the pricing sheet.
❱ We are free to use the finished commission to promote our artwork (but not resell the models to others without your prior express agreement).
❱ You can modify the model for your own use but cannot resell it or derivative works.
❱ If you have streaming or commercial rights, somewhere your audience / customers can see it, you agree to provide a link back to this website and credit me for the work.
❱ We reserve the right to decline any commission or client for any reason and do not have to provide a reason why, but we will give notice if we are cancelling a commission.
❱ If we no longer wish to or are unable to complete an agreed upon commission for some reason, you will receive a full refund.
❱ The art we make cannot be used for training an AI.Payment
❱ Payments will be made through Wise.
❱ I do not give refunds unless a valid reason is given. Talk to me if there are any issues.
❱ Backing out of a commission (before payment is sent) will not result in any issues so long as you communicate with me.
❱ Do not send me any payment until I have accepted and agreed to your commission.Regarding the Artwork
❱ Revisions can be done but within reason and will cost extra. On the mesh they can be done before texturing and for texture revisions, only small details will be changed.
❱ The basic package comes with model rigged for VRChat Avatar 3.0 and Suva, with Eye Tracking, Visemes, Dynamic Bones, Full Body Tracking, and Custom Emotes of your choosing or mine. If you want more emotes or Avatar 3.0, discuss that. (VRM / VSF format is extra)
❱ You will also get the Unity Package and all Blender files with textures.
